If you’ve never heard of the term ‘Walloween’, I might have to personally revoke your fan card. The Washington Wizards always take Halloween very seriously, and the costumes never disappoint.
Check out these shots from Walloween 2018.
This year, we were impressed by the team’s costumes. The costumes and make-up were too good not to post. This is not a game recap. This is a WizardsXTRA special: Wizards Halloween, 2019.
John Wall and Bradley Beal, DC’s backcourt. It’s been a while since they’ve teamed up on the court, but this year they worked together on two different Joker interpretations. We assume that many people dressed up as Joker for Halloween due to the recent release of the movie Joker. Although Joaquin Phoenix may have been casted as Joker this time around, don’t be surprised if Wall or Beal pick up the sequel role.
Ace Wall was as cute as ever as he celebrated Halloween.
With make-up and costumes like that, Beal and Wall are tough acts to follow. However, other teammates pulled off their costumes amazingly.
Isaiah Thomas, who was acquired by the Wizards over the summer, nailed the Oompa Loompa look. We aren’t sure where he got that wig, but it looks nice on him.
Ian Mahinmi and Co. killed their Halloween looks.
Rookie Rui Hachimura showed out at the Washington Wizards home opener, making his way to the locker room as a Washington National Skeleton.
Troy Brown Jr. and Thomas Bryant pose for a photo, dressed as Rick Sanchez and an Astronaut.
CJ and Lauren Miles enjoyed themselves on Halloween as well.
Other Wizards players can be found dressed on Halloween via the official Wizards IG. Justin Robinson as the Black Panther, and Mo Wagner as Waldo.
